RM of Winslow’s story
The Rural Municipality of Winslow No. 319 incorporated as a rural municipality on December 13, 1909. It lies in west-central Saskatchewan, and its office is in the village of Dodsland.
Within its boundaries are the villages of Dodsland and Plenty, along with several smaller localities: Ava, Millerdale, Wallisville and Whitepool. Druid was once a village of its own too, until it was dissolved on December 31, 1953.
Today the RM is run by an elected council and an appointed administrator, who meet on the second Wednesday of each month. Highway 31 serves Dodsland and Plenty, and Highway 658 also serves Dodsland.
